People are applying in overseas recruitment agencies a lot and many fake companies have been in the market.

Ever since coronavirus outbreak has occurred, people have suffered severely, not only because of health but also because they don’t know where to look for a job. Since there are so companies, finding the right manpower supply company can be difficult and there are some downsides of hiring them as well which you need to know about. The first downside of the any recruiting agency is that they demand a lot of money. It is a good investment on yourself but sometimes, the job is amazing and you don’t want to lose it but at the same time, charges are high and above.

If a recruiting agency asks for less money and the job is truly great then there is a full chance that the company is fake and is doing all this for money. If you are a competitive candidate then you will get job in no time and if you are a less skilled person then it will take weeks and sometimes even months and even if you get hired, the pay will be less. The second downside is that the recruiting agencies have no sense of cultural fit assessment. Meaning to say that if a person is from Pakistan and the company is from India and we all know that how the two countries are always fighting. Some companies are okay with hiring the opponent’s country people but some are not and recruiting companies don’t see such details and this can be a huge problem for the candidate.

The third issue is that if you don’t get selected then the return policy of funds for the candidate are made but seldom recruiting companies follow because they take a lot of time to refund the money and you will have to make many trips to their office.
